Marina Kornati

Marina position
Marina Kornati (43º56'30'' N; 15º26',32'' E) is located in the city of Biograd na Moru, between Zadar and Split, and it is great starting point for exploring Kornati islands. Biograd is an astounding destination due to its natural surroundings and the vicinity to National Park Kornati and Krka National Park.

Berths
The marina extends over 91,912 m2 of sea area (maritime zone) and 39,688 m2 of land area, and it consists of three maritime zones: central, western and southern maritime zone.
Marina Kornati has 750 berths on 15 piers, all connected to water and electricity supply, and plenty of space for servicing the vessels. The marina accommodates yachts up to 23 m; the entrance is 40 m wide, while the deepest spot reaches up to 6.50 m. Marina Kornati is open all year round.

Facilities
Besides the service area with travel lift and landfill for hazardous waste there is a reception with the exchange office, secured parking space for 700 cars, sanitary facilities, laundry service, cafe bar, restaurant, free wifi. Biograd yacht club in marina Kornati organises different nautical events such as regattas and sailing schools. Marina Kornati is famous for Biograd Boat Show, which takes place in October each year.

Traffic connections
Due to its location in the middle of the Adriatic, Biograd has very good connections with other parts of Croatia and the world. Zadar international airport is only 20 km away and Split airport is 120 km far from marina Kornati.
There are bus services from all nearby European countries - Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland and some others. Ferries to nearby Zadar depart only from Italy.

Marina position
Marina Šangulin (43°56’N , 15°27E) is located in Biograd n/M, in the natural bay of the peninsula of the city itself, protected from all winds.

Berths
There are 200 secure berths at the very entrance to the Kornati National Park, all berths have electricity and water connection. This marina is ideal for medium size boats but it also has mooring for boats with a maximum length of 80.00 m.The marina is open the whole year.

Facilities
Marina Šangulin offers the boat service area, camping area with mobile homes, toilet facilities with showers, restaurants, supermarkets, post office, petrol station and pharmacy.

Traffic connections
Biograd has very good connections with other parts of Croatia and the world, Zadar airport is 20 km away and Split airport is 120 km far from the marina. There are bus services from all nearby European countries while ferry lines to nearby Zadar are only possible from Italy.
